Telesales Agents

For our office in Hamburg we are seeking motived Telesales Personnel to support our sales activities. Your main activity will be outbound telephoning. In addition, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring information materials; you will also advise and support existing customers, and make sales offers.

Responsibilities

• Active outbound telephoning
• Follow-up of telephone sales offers
• Customer advice and support
• Monitor progress of sales offers
• Data maintenance

Profile

• Work experience in telesales/telemarketing, preferably in IT-services
• Enjoy telemarketing and conversing with customers
• Good PC and MS-Office skills
• Very good communication and advising skills
• Persistence
• Learn quickly
• Self-motivated, high stress tolerance
• Responsible and reliable
